3. Products and Listings
Zeeora sells both new and slightly used products. Slightly used products include items that have been opened or lightly used. The condition of each product is clearly stated on the product listing page.
We reserve the right to:
- Limit the quantities of any product available for purchase
- Discontinue any product at any time without notice
- Modify product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time
Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes. While we make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, we cannot guarantee your screen will display them with complete accuracy.
4. Pricing and Currency
All prices displayed on zeeora.shop are listed in the applicable currency for your region. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price you see at checkout is the final price you will pay for the product, excluding any applicable shipping charges.
Zeeora is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or financial institution for international orders.
5. Payment Terms
Zeeora currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as the sole payment method.
- Payment is collected at your door at the time of delivery by the carrier
- No online payment, credit card, or digital wallet is required at checkout
- By placing a COD order, you confirm your intent and availability to pay in full upon delivery
- Refusing to pay upon delivery without prior written authorization from Zeeora may result in your account being flagged and future orders being declined
- Zeeora reserves the right to cancel any COD order it deems to be at risk of non-payment
6. Order Processing and Confirmation
When you place an order on zeeora.shop, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order and does not constitute acceptance of your order. Zeeora reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability or stock errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Errors in pricing or product information
- Failure to meet eligibility requirements
If your order is cancelled by Zeeora after confirmation, you will be notified by email.
7. Order Cancellations
Cancellation Window: Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.
To cancel your order, email Support@zeeora.shop within 24 hours of placing your order. Include your full name and order number in your email.
After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Once the cancellation window has passed, the order will be processed and shipped as normal. If you no longer want the item after it has been shipped, you must wait for delivery and then initiate a return in accordance with our Return Policy in Section 9.
Important: Cancellation requests submitted after the 24-hour window will not be accepted regardless of the reason, including change of mind, accidental order, or duplicate order.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Zeeora ships to the United States and all countries worldwide. Estimated delivery times vary by location and shipping method. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are approximate and not guaranteed.
Zeeora is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by customs, import regulations, or local postal services
- Packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Force majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, or carrier disruptions
Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery address is accurate at the time of placing the order. Address changes after the order is placed cannot be guaranteed.
9. Return and Refund Policy
Our full Return and Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms of Service. The key terms are summarized below.
Returns: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, including items that are new, opened, or slightly used.
Return Window: Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
How to Request a Return: All returns require prior written approval. Email Support@zeeora.shop with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is defective.
Return Shipping: Upon approval, a free pre-paid return shipping label will be emailed to you for download and printing. Ship the approved item to:

Exchanges: We accept exchanges for eligible items within the 30-day window, subject to stock availability.
Refund Method: Since all orders are COD, refunds are issued as store credit only. No cash refunds or bank transfers are made.
Refund Processing Time: Store credit is applied within 12 days of receiving the returned item.
Refund Currency: Store credit is issued in the same currency applicable to your order.
Restocking Fee: None.
Order Cancellation: Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. See Section 7.
10. Exchanges
We accept exchanges within the 30-day return window. To request an exchange, email Support@zeeora.shop with your order number and the item or variant you would like in exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on zeeora.shop, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and design, is the property of Zeeora Inc and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written consent.
12. Prohibited Use

- Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Place orders with no intention of paying upon delivery
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent return or exchange requests
