Zeeora offers FREE SHIPPING on every order, for every product, to every destination, domestic and international. No minimum order value. No hidden fees. No shipping charges at checkout.

Shipping Currency

All shipping-related communications, if any charges ever apply, are presented in the same currency the customer uses to place their order, based on their location. Currently, all orders ship for free regardless of currency or location.

What We Ship

This shipping policy applies to all products across our entire catalog; every lightsaber and accessory listed on zeeora.shop. No product categories are excluded from free shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at Support@zeeora.shop.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing Support@zeeora.shop with your full name and order number. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as they will have entered processing or shipment. If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow our Return Policy once the item is delivered.

Payment Method

Zeeora currently processes all orders via Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment is collected at your door upon delivery. No online payment is required at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your tracking link for the latest update
  2. Check with neighbors or your building's mailroom
  3. Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number

Zeeora will work with you to investigate and resolve any lost or significantly delayed shipment. However, we are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, carrier disruptions, or customs delays beyond our control.

Damaged Items Upon Arrival

If your lightsaber arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at Support@zeeora.shop. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will prioritize your case and work toward a resolution within 3-5 business days.
