Overview

At Zeeora, your satisfaction is our priority. This policy applies to all orders placed on zeeora.shop by customers in the United States and all countries worldwide. We currently process all orders through Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation Window: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.

To cancel your order, email us at Support@zeeora.shop within 24 hours of your order being placed. Include your full name and order number in the email.

After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Once this window has passed, the order will be processed and dispatched as normal. If you no longer want the item after it has been shipped, you may initiate a return once it is delivered, in accordance with our return policy below.

Important: Cancellation requests submitted after the 24-hour window will not be accepted regardless of the reason.

Returns

We accept returns on both defective and non-defective products, including items that have been opened or slightly used.

You may return an item if:

  • It arrived damaged, defective, or broken
  • It was not as described on the product listing
  • You changed your mind or no longer need the item
  • You received the wrong item

Return Window: All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or variant, please mention this in your return request email. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, we will issue store credit instead.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

All returns require prior approval. Please do not ship any item back without written authorization from our team.

Step 1: Email Us to Request Authorization

Send an email to Support@zeeora.shop with the following details:

  • Your full name and order number
  • Product name and reason for return
  • Photos of the item (required for defective or damaged items)

Step 2: Receive Your Return Label

Once your return is approved, we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label that you can download and print at home. There is no cost to you.

Step 3: Ship the Item Back

Refunds

Since all orders are placed via Cash on Delivery (COD), no online payment is collected from customers at the time of ordering. As a result, refunds are handled as follows:

Refund Method: Approved refunds are issued as store credit, which can be applied toward any future purchase on zeeora.shop.

Processing Time: Store credit will be applied to your account within 12 days of us receiving your returned item.

Currency: Store credit is issued in the same currency applicable to your order. No currency conversion is applied.

Restocking Fee: None. We do not charge any restocking fee.

Please Note: Because payment is collected at the door upon delivery, we do not process cash refunds or bank transfers. All approved refund amounts will be credited to your Zeeora store account for use on a future order.

Return Shipping

We provide a free pre-paid return shipping label for all approved returns. The label will be emailed to you and can be downloaded and printed. You are responsible for packaging the item safely before handing it to the carrier.

We recommend keeping your tracking number until your store credit is confirmed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date
  • Items heavily damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
  • Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase

International Orders

We accept returns from customers in all countries worldwide. International customers follow the same return process. Please allow additional transit time for your return to reach our facility. The 12-day processing period begins once we physically receive the item.

Any customs duties or import taxes incurred during return shipment are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing by Zeeora.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery at Support@zeeora.shop. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will prioritize your case and aim to resolve it within 3–5 business days.
